Requirements for all positions:

 You must have 2 years experience in cleaning, no exceptions. You must provide good report via references. You must pass a background check. No drugs or Alcohol use of any kind. 

General requirements:

 You must show team work . You must be able to keep up and clean our clients properties in a timely manner( No stealing hours, No side conversations with team members or clients if its not related to getting the job completed) You must be able to commute to and from your specific job site on your own and on time. You must be prompt and on time always, no exceptions.

Commercial Janitors Expectations:

We are hired by a variety of commercial clients for janitorial services each year. Each client provides us with their individual cleaning expectations based on property size and use. Your job is to simply provide outstanding cleaning services for each client based on what they ask for. You may be assigned to multiple buildings throughout the week to keep up with demand. If you are needed on a property that demands daily service , that will be your only post unless you are assigned elsewhere.  

Residential House Keepers Expectations:

Each residential client gets assigned to one house cleaner and are able to request a change if they feel its not a good fit. you as the cleaner will provide cleaning for multiple clients on a weekly basis. you must represent the company in the best way possible by following the instructions of your position.

Janitor Duties and Responsibilities

  • Dusting and cleaning ceiling vents, surface areas, and counter surfaces

  • Performs general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors

  • Using vacuuming equipment; vacuums and cleans carpets, perform further treatments such as shampoo or stain-removal as needed

  • Disposing of trash from bins and containers

  • Polishing furniture and room accessories as needed

  • Scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets in private and public bathrooms

  • Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors

  • Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products

  • Ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products

  • Keeping all public spaces neat and tidy

  • Reporting repairs and replacements needed when encountered on the job

Cleaner Requirements and Qualifications

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Ability to follow verbal directions

  • Ability to work well alone and with a partner or team

  • Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties

  • Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time management skills

  • Pays attention to detail when cleaning

  • Organized and able to follow a schedule

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience; or knowledge, skills, and mental ability equivalent to 2 years of high school education

  • Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time; ability to lift up to 25 to 30 pounds

  • General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques for cleaning

  • Able to work nights, weekends, and occasional holidays
